I was referred to Dr. Sam Bailey by my Primary Care Physician. My experience was excellent from making an appointment to being treated by Dr. Bailey.
When I came into Dr. Bailey’s ENT doctors office for my scheduled appointment, I was greeted very warmly and given two forms to sign. I was told there was an emergency and there would be a half hour delay in seeing the doctor.
At least three different people apologized for the delay during my office visit. Dr. Bailey, after apologizing for his delay, explained my problem and provided care for my issue very quickly. I will return if I have future need. By the way, the office is really nice.

I had a severe nose bleed a few weeks ago. It would not stop! Went to Dr. Bailey’s office. He took me right in knowing I had a problem. He worked on me for almost an hour without complaining and finally got it to stop. He was very calm and never complained about the amount of work involved. Most doctors say “go to the hospital”. The hospital doesn’t know what to do like Dr. Bailey. Wonderful doctor, I would highly recommend as an ENT.

Dr Bailey’s nurse was very comforting to me and both the doctor and nurse most compassionate and explained to me exactly what to expect from the diagnosis. No Scars and Both Function and Aesthetics are Better Than I Ever Thought Possible
Dr. Chris Lykins did both a septoplasty and rhinoplasty for a congenital malformation. The surgery went extremely well and I experienced very little pain or discomfort. There are no scars and both function and aesthetics of my nose are better than I ever thought possible.
