I was referred to Dr. Lykins by my dentist for a parotidectomy.  I had seen another ENT doctor prior and wanted to get a second opinion.

I Could Not Have Been More Pleased with Dr. Bailey

This review is for ENT care services I received over a year ago.

I had a very severe ear infection that spread to the bone, and was referred to see Dr. Bailey. My General Practitioner called on my behalf, and they got me in for an appointment that same day. It was very complicated, and I was in his care for a few months.

I could not have been more pleased with Dr. Bailey. He was so kind and genuinely worried about my overall health and care. He went above and beyond what any other doctor ever has to ensure I was treated properly. I saw him numerous times, and he was honest, straight forward and treated me like I was a member of his family.

His office was beautiful, and his staff was always kind and his appointment times were reasonable.

I would recommend Dr. Bailey for anyone. I’m lucky that I was referred into his office and I owe him my ability to still hear! Thank you!!

Fine Hands and Good Accuracy

I had septoplasty to rebuilt another septum that I had 18+ years ago. Turn out much less painful than what I recalled originally. I can breathe and my eyesight is improved upon.

Overall, the doctor has fine hands and good accuracy with a couple of stories to make you feel fine. Good luck and enjoy, you will be fine.

This review is for my 2/25/15 visit at the North Scottsdale office off of Scottsdale Road and the 101. I was here last year as a new ENT patient, and my experience was positive, so I have returned this year for another ear, nose and throat condition that I was suffering from.

I saw Dr. Samuel Bailey both times – he has great bedside manners with positive energy and is always smiling.  I hate grouchy doctors! 😛

Dr. Bailey answered all of my questions, and I didn’t feel like I was being rushed. Most doctors offices usually have their Physician’s Assistant or Nurse Practitioners do all the work, and you only see the actual doctor for 5 minutes tops, but Dr. Bailey gave me his full attention, was super friendly and kind.  He explained things using language I could understand – thoroughly enough for a child to understand – AND still had time to answer my questions.

I have not seen other ENT doctors that work here, so I can’t speak for them, but Dr. Bailey has been one of the kindest, caring and considerate physicians I’ve dealt with and I highly recommend him for all your ear, nose and throat care needs.

Bottom line:  If you need to see an ENT specialist in Scottsdale and want to see a doctor that will actually listen and pay attention to you explaining your symptoms, who is very kind and caring – then schedule your next ENT appointment with Dr. Bailey.

I Highly Recommend Dr. Lykins

I’ve tried other ENT Doctors – only to be disappointed when I didn’t see relief for my ENT issues.

Within 15 minutes of visiting with Dr. Lykins, I felt I was in the right spot. Dr. Chris Lykins listened to me while I shared my symptoms so he could properly diagnose my issue and develop a care plan by my second office visit.

I went to several ENTs without relief, before calling Dr. Chris Lykins, and I’m glad I did. I no longer have the breathing problems I once had, thanks to the expert diagnosis and care options Dr. Lykins provided during my second ENT doctors appointment. I highly recommend Dr. Lykins.
