Dr. Bailey Showed Sincere Concern for How I Was Feeling

A couple months ago, I needed to see an ENT and I had called around to a couple of offices and was very pleased right off the bat by the friendliness and sincere concern offered by Dr. Bailey’s office staff over the phone. They were able to fit me in the next morning, which was fantastic!

Once I was checked in and all my new patient paperwork was filled out (very quick process) I had virtually no wait time before Dr. Bailey came in to see me. Just like his staff, Dr. Bailey showed sincere concern for how I was feeling and offered several options to ensure that my treatment fit my needs.

I’ve had to see him again for a separate issue and the staff as well as Dr. Bailey were consistent with their amazing care.

We are so pleased with Dr. Lykins that we wish he practiced all fields of medicine!

Dr. Lykins performed our daughters myringotomy and the surgery was so fast and efficient that he was already meeting me at the curb to say all was well while I was in the process of contacting my wife that our daughter had just gone into surgery.

Follow through was excellent. Dr. Lykins takes the time without making you feel rushed to share information and recommendations. He is pleasant to speak with and knowledgeable.

We would recommend to anyone needing an ENT. From office staff to nursing, a top notch doctors office. Imagine a caring doctor who explains, listens, understands and is skilled and efficient and up-to the minute informed about his profession-that is Dr. Lykins. Thank you to Dr. Chris Lykins and his staff.

Dr. Bailey Is The Best

Out of all the doctors I have ever seen, Dr. Bailey has been the best. The first time I saw him he knew right away what my issue was. Every time I see Dr. Bailey he is always extremely nice. Same for the staff at the front desk.

I recently had sinus surgery (Jan 2014) with Dr. Bailey to fix a deviated septum, remove polyps, and to address chronic fungal sinus infection. The post op results are fantastic. Recovery time was approx 7 days. I can finally breathe again! Dr. Bailey did a great job. Highly recommended!

I Could Not Have Been More Pleased with Dr. Bailey

This review is for ENT care services I received over a year ago.

I had a very severe ear infection that spread to the bone, and was referred to see Dr. Bailey. My General Practitioner called on my behalf, and they got me in for an appointment that same day. It was very complicated, and I was in his care for a few months.

I could not have been more pleased with Dr. Bailey. He was so kind and genuinely worried about my overall health and care. He went above and beyond what any other doctor ever has to ensure I was treated properly. I saw him numerous times, and he was honest, straight forward and treated me like I was a member of his family.

His office was beautiful, and his staff was always kind and his appointment times were reasonable.

I would recommend Dr. Bailey for anyone. I’m lucky that I was referred into his office and I owe him my ability to still hear! Thank you!!
