My Experience Was Excellent
I was referred to Dr. Sam Bailey by my Primary Care Physician. My experience was excellent from making an appointment to being treated by Dr. Bailey.
The scheduler recommended I go to their website to print out the forms they need, so I could fill them out at my convenience instead of rushing through them in their waiting room.
When I came into Dr. Bailey’s ENT doctors office for my scheduled appointment, I was greeted very warmly and given two forms to sign. I was told there was an emergency and there would be a half hour delay in seeing the doctor.
At least three different people apologized for the delay during my office visit. Dr. Bailey, after apologizing for his delay, explained my problem and provided care for my issue very quickly. I will return if I have future need. By the way, the office is really nice.

Dr. Lykins receives my highest accolades.
On meeting Dr. Lykins for the first time – he was extremely knowledgeable, thorough in explaining the issue and treatment options, all the while answering any questions and making me feel very comfortable. Never did I feel rushed.
Dr. Lykins is very skilled surgeon. He performed a hemi-thyroidectomy on me and the incision site is barely visible. Since Dr. Lykins is also a board certified Plastic Surgeon, that should come as no surprise.
It was easy to get an appointment and Dr. Lykins should pride himself on running on time without keeping you waiting. In addition, all the office personnel that I interacted with, either in person or over the phone, were courteous, helpful and prompt in returning phone calls if necessary. I am so impressed with Dr Lykins and his office staff that I have already referred a relative to his practice and would recommend that others seek out his expertise as well.

I Could Not Have Been More Pleased with Dr. Bailey
This review is for ENT care services I received over a year ago.
I had a very severe ear infection that spread to the bone, and was referred to see Dr. Bailey. My General Practitioner called on my behalf, and they got me in for an appointment that same day. It was very complicated, and I was in his care for a few months.
I could not have been more pleased with Dr. Bailey. He was so kind and genuinely worried about my overall health and care. He went above and beyond what any other doctor ever has to ensure I was treated properly. I saw him numerous times, and he was honest, straight forward and treated me like I was a member of his family.
His office was beautiful, and his staff was always kind and his appointment times were reasonable.
I would recommend Dr. Bailey for anyone. I’m lucky that I was referred into his office and I owe him my ability to still hear! Thank you!!

Dr. Bailey is very knowledgeable.
Dr. Bailey is very knowledgeable. He explains things in terms that make sense to the patient. He listens and does not rush you out. Dr. Bailey uses his best judgement and does not do anything unnecessary when working on a procedure for his patients. I recommend Dr. Bailey, to anyone searching for a great professional doctor.

Great Dr and Very Caring!
Dr. Bailey spent lots of time with me explaining my options and his nurse Nicole was just as helpful and very easy to reach when new questions would come up. After deciding surgery was the best option for me he and his nurse were very helpful and caring in the planning of this and helping me through the healing process. Thank you Dr. Bailey and Nicole for your great work!
