Best ENT Doctor in the world!
Dr. Lykins is the BEST doctor I have ever been to and I am almost 70 years old. He diagnosed me correctly and after 5 previous surgeries, he FIXED my problem after being told I would “just have to live with it”. I would recommend him to anyone.
If you have a severe sinus problem this is the doctor for you! I really don’t think I could have survived much longer without your skill and the genuine care you gave to me. Thanks to you I have my life back.

This review is for my 2/25/15 visit at the North Scottsdale office off of Scottsdale Road and the 101. I was here last year as a new ENT patient, and my experience was positive, so I have returned this year for another ear, nose and throat condition that I was suffering from.
I saw Dr. Samuel Bailey both times – he has great bedside manners with positive energy and is always smiling. I hate grouchy doctors! 😛
Dr. Bailey answered all of my questions, and I didn’t feel like I was being rushed. Most doctors offices usually have their Physician’s Assistant or Nurse Practitioners do all the work, and you only see the actual doctor for 5 minutes tops, but Dr. Bailey gave me his full attention, was super friendly and kind. He explained things using language I could understand – thoroughly enough for a child to understand – AND still had time to answer my questions.
I have not seen other ENT doctors that work here, so I can’t speak for them, but Dr. Bailey has been one of the kindest, caring and considerate physicians I’ve dealt with and I highly recommend him for all your ear, nose and throat care needs.
Bottom line: If you need to see an ENT specialist in Scottsdale and want to see a doctor that will actually listen and pay attention to you explaining your symptoms, who is very kind and caring – then schedule your next ENT appointment with Dr. Bailey.Young C.Originally Reviewed on Yelp
Dr. Chris Lykins Took the Extra Time
I saw Dr. Lykins and thought he was very professional. Dr. Chris Lykins took the extra time needed to answer any questions and he was very friendly – he also took the time to check up on me at the hospital the day after my surgery.
The scar left after my surgery with Dr. Lykins was very small and other medical professionals have commented on how good it looks.
Their helpful ENT office offers new patient forms right on their website, so you can fill out prior to your visit – which is great way to save time.
The biggest surprise was the refund I received because I was overcharged for my surgery. The office probably could have kept the amount which was over $100 and I wouldn’t have known.Paul O.Originally Posted on Yelp
Professional, Calm and Welcoming
Dr. Bailey never gave me the impression that my appointment time was limited. He was thorough in explaining his diagnosis and did not push me into making decisions on the spot, but rather gave me time to evaluate my options. He and his staff were professional, calm and welcoming. Our ENT Patient
Dr. Lykins receives my highest accolades.
On meeting Dr. Lykins for the first time – he was extremely knowledgeable, thorough in explaining the issue and treatment options, all the while answering any questions and making me feel very comfortable. Never did I feel rushed.
Dr. Lykins is very skilled surgeon. He performed a hemi-thyroidectomy on me and the incision site is barely visible. Since Dr. Lykins is also a board certified Plastic Surgeon, that should come as no surprise.
It was easy to get an appointment and Dr. Lykins should pride himself on running on time without keeping you waiting. In addition, all the office personnel that I interacted with, either in person or over the phone, were courteous, helpful and prompt in returning phone calls if necessary. I am so impressed with Dr Lykins and his office staff that I have already referred a relative to his practice and would recommend that others seek out his expertise as well. Our ENT Patients
